Rules 1.4
S1: DECIDING THE MANTRACKER
-Everyone puts their foot into a circle, and someone (usually Noah) does the selecting in the "Stink in Barnyard" way.
-The second and the third person selected are it.
-Whoever was the Mantracker at Recess cannot be it on the same day's lunch, but can be it the next day.
-Whoever was the Mantracker at Lunch cannot be it the very next day, Lunch and Recess.
-After the Mantracker is decided, usually another Mantracker is picked. There must be a clear reason to have only one Mantracker.
-When both Mantrackers have been picked, then the 'free' players have a 20 second getaway before they begin chase.
-Ideal area for picking the Mantrackers is around the tree near the four-square area.
-You should only put one foot in when selecting the mantracker. You'd only put a second foot in for someone who is absent, but has said they are playing.
S2: GAMEPLAY
-Hiding in bushes, somewhat like Hide and Seek, is allowed.
-During recess, the Mantracker must tag with one hand, and during lunch, must tag with 2 hands. Both times, they must say 'Mantracker'.
-If the Mantracker isn't new, and he/she doesn't do the above, then you aren't it.
-If the Mantracker IS new, and he/she doesn't do the above, then you must tell her what to do next time, and you can either be nice and be it, or you can be not it.
-The Cage, or the 'Safe Zone', is forbidden at all times. If you enter the cage, you are automatically a Mantracker.
-Headhunting, AKA Chasing one person, is only 'legal' for 1 minute 30 seconds. Then, the Mantracker must stop chasing the target and the free person gets 1.30 minutes to get away. More information in Section 8.
-You may target people, but if there is 3 or more mantrackers targeting the same person, it is declared team targeting and the person may have a 30 second getaway.
-Team targeting against 3 or more people is allowed.
S3: WINNING THE GAME
-After the Bell rings, the 'free' players have two minutes to get to 'Safety', which is the pole.
-The Mantracker must be two feet away from the pole, and if there is more than four people, in the circle of the pole, unless a free player is inside (e.g. Chasing a free player)
-Once a free player touches the pole (without being tagged), they are declared 'survived', and the Mantracker loses. Each game, more than one person can survive.
-The Mantracker wins if all free players have been tagged.
-There are no awards if the 'it' tags everyone or the 'free' survive. There may be an award if said or announced, which probably will never happen. In that case, the prize should be small.
- Head hunting and team targeting do not apply once the bell rings. Anyone who has escaped from head hunting, team targeting, or any getaway now can be tagged.
S4: ALL ABOUT THE SIGNS
-There are three signs: The '3' Sign, the Peace Sign, and the Unidentified sign. If you're it, you use the '3' sign. If you're not, you use the Peace Sign.
-If someone (a free player) shows a peace sign to you, you must immediately show your sign (see above) to them, or they get a 30 second getaway.
-You may not lie to players. Example: You're it, and someone shows the peace sign. You also show the peace sign, and they're dead. You lied, and broke the rules.
-You may not 'trick' a free player (put 3 fingers up, but one is obscured by your sleeve)
- For far away signals because people can't see your fingers across the gravel field: to do a peace sign put both arms above head in a peace shape. To do a "3" sign, put one arm up, and make it in a way so that the players know that you are not peace.
- The Unidentified Sign means you are now spectating. You put up a sign in the shape of a U with your hands.
-When unidentified, you may not help the other players or do anything that may interfere with gameplay
-You may only call yourself unidentified if you have a good reason to be so.
-There is also the "T" sign. Refer to Section 6 for more info.
S5: RANDOM OTHER THINGS
-Be fair
-When you are selected it at the foot-selector, don't lose it.
S6: WHEN YOU CAN'T BE TAGGED
-When you're tying your shoe, or you hurt yourself, the mantracker may not tag you.
-Sometimes, to ask a question, or negotiate, you may 't'. but the question has to do with the game (ex. explaining something to the it person)
S7: THE INDOORS
-If you go inside the school, you are automatically it.
A few exceptions:
-If you go inside to go to the washroom, or to get a drink of water (e.g. a valid reason), then you are not it.
-For the rule above to be valid, no mantracker can be chasing you.
-The Mantracker is also not allowed indoors. If the mantracker goes inside, they must have a reason for doing so. If there is no reason, ore the reason was because the mantracker was chasing somebody, the mantracker will not be allowed to play the next day.
-If you are tagged while inside the school, you are not it.
S8: ON HEADHUNTING AND TEAM TARGETING
-To call headhunting, the mantracker must be chasing or stalking a certain person for more than 1 minute and 30 seconds straight.
-Once headhunting is called, the free player has a getaway of 1 minute 30 seconds.
-You don't have to call headhunting.
-If there are 3 or more mantrackers chasing one single person for more than 20 seconds, and it is clear that they are team targeting, you may call team targeting and have a minute 30 seconds getaway.

Rules 1.2
1. We use the Stink in the Barnyard to chose the it. All the choosing the it tradition will be the same.
2. The "it" give the others a 30 second run away
3. Same peace and war sign
4. No headhunting (because of unfair times)
5. If you are chased by 4 or more people it is team tag.
6. Chased by 3 or less people into a corner and then being tagged is not team tag.
7. If you cross the street into the Trees of Doom across the street not at the fire hydrant or the stop signs and you are not it, you are now it.
8. If you cross the street into the Trees of Doom across the street not at the fire hydrant or the stop signs and you are it, you are suspended for 2 games. You may spectate, but you may not help others.
9. If you are it you must try to tag people.
10. After the bell rings all the "it" people must stand outside the circle. If the "it" people stand inside the circle, everyone who is not it automatically win.
11. You have 1 and a half minutes to tag the pole.
12. Once you have tagged the pole you must leave the area, to give others a chance to tag the pole.
13. If you are tagged while trying to tag the pole, you can now tag others. YOU MUST TRY. The game is not over yet!
14. 1 hand tag at recess, 2 hand tag at lunch.
15. No safe zone. No such thing.
16. No targeting, except for when there is only 3 or less people that are not it. Then the team tag rule doesn't apply, nor does the targeting rule.
17. Must say "Mantracker" to tag someone.
18. Sneak attacks are allowed.
19. DO NOT CHEAT. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT CHEATING YOU WILL HAVE A 5 GAME SUSPENSION.
20. No going inside the school, unless for washrooms or water. It is not allowed if someone is chasing you.
21. Don't put three fingers up to someone who isn't it, then tell them that you are not it. It is unfair and unnecessary.
22. Use the "t" sign to negotiate something
23. If you are tying your shoe or if you are hurt, you cannot be tagged.
24. If the "it" harms the person who is not it by tagging them (pushing them onto the ground, tripping them, etc.) they are not it.

Rules 1.1
1. You have 2 minutes to touch the pole after the bell rings

3.cage is forbidden, if any one goes in there the game stops and that person is it
4. if you are it at recess than you cant be it next lunch, if you are it at lunch you cant be it the next day
5. headhunting is for 1:30. after 1:30 you have 1 minute to getaway
6. not allowed to tag team
7.there are two people it at all times
8. no targeting
9. the person who is it has to stand 1 foot away from pole
10. if you just give up then the game stops and you are it unless you are completely doomed(3v1)
11. if any rules are broken you are banned from the game for 1 day
12. if you deny that your it at the foot in then you cant play next time
13. when someone puts up the peace sign, you have to respond right away, or that person gets a 2 minute get away
14. no lying in any sort(putting up the two fingers when you are it)​
